The Cambridge Primaries
The Cambridge Business School Social Club needs a new committee. Step forward all those interested in running it!
That's right, I'm the Official Returning Officer for the election of the committee, which entails communicating with the nominees and the electorate and making sure all is fair and above board. While this might seem trivial to some, it's actually a little serious since there is a lot of kudos in putting down membership of the committee on one's cv/resume.
So the deadline for nominations is this Friday and the election will take place next week sometime. In the meantime I'm around answering questions posed by nominees and also putting up a website, which will be another blog. Being the committee web head does mean that I'm actually on the committee as well as the returning officer, so it does have it's advantages... ;-)
Conflict of interest? What conflict of interest? You can tell I'll do well in Corp. Social Responsibility!
